Since 1993, the Federation has hosted an annual youth credit union conference. Originally started as separate from the Federations Annual Conference on Serving the Underserved, the program has since been held alongside that of the adults allowing for interaction and collaboration in addition to easing coordination burdens on credit unions.
Programs include a variety of activities and workshops for Federation youth alongside of adult programming. Youth build connections with one another and experience workshops specifically designed for them focusing on topics like entreprenuership and financial literacy.
